Had a lovely stay with clean and spacious rooms. They really helped by letting us park our motorbike behind locked gates. The leisure room was a nice surprise with comfy seating and games to unwind after a long day. Just wish the window locks worked better, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The salads were a winner, fresh and vibrant! Plus, the staff in the bar were friendly and the atmosphere was spot on. I loved the cozy room too, perfect for a chill night after exploring Newtownabbey.
We had a brief hiccup with noise from a rowdy bunch, but the overall vibe was still lovely. Just a bit of chaos, you know? I reckon it could've been handled better.

Dated room decor and facilities could use a refresh!!! The noise from nearby traffic was quite disruptive at night. Management issues could improve to enhance customer experience!!!

We had a fantastic time staying here with our group of friends! We explored Whiteabbey, enjoying the stunning views along the shores of Belfast Lough, and spent a day shopping at Junction One Outlet. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate our large group, and breakfast offered great value with perfectly cooked poached eggs. We also loved the spacious rooms and friendly atmosphere.
Unfortunately, we missed the food service when we arrived late, and while they helped us with cutlery for takeaway, it was a bit inconvenient not to have dining options available when we checked in.
